Not sure what to expect after your Frozen Embryo Transfer? Don’t worry, we got you.

1. Cramping and discomfort after transfer is common post transfer. Medication and IVF procedures can cause fluid build up around your reproductive organs and cause tenderness and bloat.

2. Spotting or light bleeding is common, however you should report any unusual bleeding to your physician. Spotting can be caused by implantation into the uterine wall or as a possible side effect of progesterone supplementation via vaginal suppositories

3. Call your doctor if you experience severe pain or cramping or heavy bleeding.
