Pilates Pelvic Floor - (Strengthen the Womb) This foundations class  focuses on strengthening and restoring the core, pelvic floor, glutes and back. Perfect for women looking to reconnect with their center- both during fertility treatments and postpartum.

Pilates Tone- (Balance Hormones) This mat class is all about pulsing, breathing and toning your full body while staying tried and true to the classic Pilates principles that burn so good. Perfect for those looking to build muscle, which in turn, regulates hormones like insulin, estrogen and progesterone. 

Pilates Power - (Release Toxins)  A high-energy, advanced mat Pilates class designed for those looking to take their workout to the next level. You'll tone and sculpt your entire body while you sweat it out to the beat. Built for those looking to get out of their to-do lists and to knock out a comprehensive workout. 

Prenatal Pilates - (Keep Your Strength) This class is perfect for expectant mothers at any stage of their pregnancy who are looking to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, strengthen their core and learn to support their pelvic floor.

Yoga Flow - (De-Stress) Designed for those who love to challenge themselves, this class will get your blood pumping and your sweat flowing as you move through a series of deepening yoga poses. Designed to open the hips and lower abdomen and to foster warmth and circulation to the Ovaries and Uterus and remove toxins that may be influencing your cycle. 

Prenatal Yoga 1 & 2 - (Trimesters 1 and 2) Perfect for mamas in their First and Second Trimesters and who are looking to maintain a fitness level that's safe but also not lose the benefits of a vigorous workout during pregnancy. 

Prenatal Yoga 3 - (Trimester 3) Designed for expectant mothers in the vital third trimester, this class provides a serene and supportive environment where you can deeply connect with your changing body and your growing baby. Our floor-based yoga sessions are crafted to accommodate your comfort and safety, focusing on slower, gentle movements that help prepare your body for childbirth.

Girls' Night Dance Cardio - (Find Fun Again!) Looking to let go and fall in love with yourself again? This sexy dance fitness class is designed for women who want to shed the day off and regain their inner Beyonce. Easy to follow choreography is meant to express sexuality, playfulness and empowerment, and to get you out of the humdrum of a routine life.  Lights are low, Fs are not given. Come shake your booty with us and bring the spark back into your day. No dance background required.

All classes at Aphrodite are designed to target blood flow to lower abdomen, support the pelvic floor, and regulate the hormonal and menstrual cycles. 

Start the sesh with a heat pack on your lower abdomen. Then move through both vigorous and restful sequences, and end with meditation to energetically ground the body and mind.
