Yes, most women with endometriosis can still get pregnant. Endometriosis can make conception harder, but it is one of the most common conditions we support at Aphrodite, and many of our patients with endometriosis go on to conceive, both naturally and with IVF. Can you get pregnant naturally with endometriosis?

Many women do. The likelihood depends on the stage and location of the endometriosis and whether other factors are involved.
